Order Transactions
While we will do our best to fulfill all orders, Homefront Heroes, LLC cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time, without notice.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per order, or per household. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided with the order. Homefront Heroes, LLC has a company policy to not consider/accept creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials other than those we may have specifically requested. This policy was established to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when products, projects, and/or events developed by Homefront Heroes, LLC (including all employees) might seem to be similar to creative suggestions submitted by customers. Therefore, while we value your input, we must ask that you do not send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials for our business.

We expect others to respect our intellectual property, Copyright, and Trademarks; likewise, we respect the intellectual property of others. Homefront Heroes, LLC reserves the right to disregard a notice that is unclear or otherwise fails to comply with the DMCA. In the event that Homefront Heroes, LLC determines that a DMCA notice lacks validity, we may refuse to remove the content in question at our discretion. Election by Homefront Heroes, LLC to either remove or leave the content in question does not constitute a legal decision about the validity of your claim of infringement or the possible defenses to a claim.

Applicable law

Both, you and Homefront Heroes, LLC, agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any arbitration or filing any claim against the other party.

Arbitration Agreement
To the extent you cannot resolve any Dispute through the informal dispute resolution procedure described above, a Dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You agree to give up your right to go to court to assert or defend your rights under this Agreement and with respect to any Dispute. You and Homefront Heroes, LLC expressly delegate to the arbitrator the authority to determine the arbitrability of any Dispute, including the scope, applicability, validity, and enforceability of this arbitration provision.

Waiver of Right to Bring Class Actions and Representative Claims
All arbitrations shall proceed on an individual basis. You and Homefront Heroes, LLC agree that each party may bring claims against the other in arbitration, only in your or their respective individual capacities and in so doing, you and Homefront Heroes, LLC hereby waive the right to a trial by jury, to assert or participate in a class action lawsuit or class action arbitration (either as a named-plaintiff or class member), and to assert or participate in any joint or consolidated lawsuit or joint or consolidated arbitration of any kind.

Other Terms
This Arbitration Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with, the Federal Arbitration Act. The terms of the Arbitration Agreement provisions shall survive after this Agreement terminates or your use of the Sites ends. Except as set forth above, if any portion of this Arbitration Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will not invalidate the remaining portions of the Arbitration Agreement.

General
You agree that this Agreement and your use of this Site are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Sites.

You agree that Homefront Heroes, LLC may at any time, and without notice, change the terms, conditions and notices under which this Site is offered.

This Agreement, the Privacy and Security Statements, and terms of sale constitute the entire agreement between you and Homefront Heroes, LLC, with respect to this Site. No modification of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is authored by Homefront Heroes, LLC. Homefront Heroes, LLC may make employment information available through this Site; Homefront Heroes, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
